HOW TO VISUALISE THE THINGS YOU WANT


How can you visualise the goals that you have?  There are techniques that move you deeper into your own inner power to see with greater clarity what you want to create.


Visualisation is by far one of the most powerful tools for good setting and attracting what you want.  Yet few people know how to properly visualise.  With the right technique you can begin to see outstanding results in successfully attracting what you want, granted you full apply what you learn.

First, you are visualising all the time.  You may not be aware of it but you are always conjuring up images in your mind.  When you are speaking on the telephone to someone you are most of ten times trying to see in your mind what they are telling you.  You also visualise when you are deep in thought.  When you are worrying about paying your debt or worrying about the way you would really like to live your life you are also visualising what you want.

The hard part however is to use that creative force to actually attract the things you want.  This is where many people go terribly wrong.  


 Here is a great test to help you understand the most effective way visualise.  Think of the last time you were deep in thought.  Now try to remember what that felt like.  If you can recall that time, you will notice that you were deep inside of yourself.  You were unaware of anyone or anything and as you were allowing yourself to visualise you could feel clearly that you were having the experience as if it were real.  That is the power of visualisation.

When people ask all the time How do I visualise the things I want, I tell them the same way you visualise the things that you don’t want.  You see when you are feeling anxious and fearful you lock yourself away in your inner mind with those images.  You loose sight of other possibilities and if it is something that happened to you, then you recreate it in its full detail with all your emotions all over again.

Try to immerse yourself with full emotions when you are trying to create the things you want.  Many thoughts may come to distract you but if you will redirect your mind to what you do want your mind will be trained to hold that thought. 

There are many tools and techniques that can greatly empower your ability to visualise if you really have a hard time.  You can add extreme magnetism to any mental image you want to create as long as you apply the right technique.

YOU HAVE TO RESIST TO NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ASK FOR


Ask and you shall receive describes the Law of Attraction in a nutshell.

The moment you are clear about what you desire, it is on its way to you.
The only way for you to NOT receive your heart's desire is for you to resist receiving it.

This is a Universal law. Just as the Law of Gravity must always pull toward the centre, the Law of Attraction always works with such mathematical precision that it must deliver people, situations and opportunities that mirror our thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Doubt is the most common form of resistance. Often we spend time getting clear about the new car, new job, new house or new relationship that we want to enjoy. Then we begin to entertain thoughts that appear to justify our doubts.

"That costs way too much." (I doubt I can afford it.)

"No one has all the qualities that I'd like in a mate. I'm too picky." (I doubt I
can find someone who loves and accepts me.)

"This company has never hired a woman for that job." (I doubt they will
choose me.)

I have discovered that the antidote to doubt is not necessarily belief that something will happen, but being open to the possibility that it could happen. 

Would you agree that if even one person has attained what you desire, then it could happen to you? It is possible.

When I went to the bank to get approval for the mortgage for my harbour-side condo, I was aware of the "reality" that the bank usually requires evidence of three years' earnings to qualify. I could only demonstrate three months' earnings high enough to qualify for such a large mortgage.

I could have focused on what I didn't have. I could have focused on what I had heard about bank loans. I could have said, "I really want to live there, but I don't think the bank will approve me for the mortgage." I'm sure all my family and friends would have agreed with me and added their stories to reinforce my doubt.

Although I did not know for certain that the bank manager would approve me based on those three months of income, I believed that somehow he could and I kept my thoughts focused on that real possibility. 


It was interesting to watch the bank manager crunching numbers on his calculator - processing the "facts" and his sense of what I was capable of. Perhaps it was with some trepidation that he expressed his belief in me when he finally looked up and said, "If you can sell your present condo for this amount and purchase the harbour-side condo for this amount, it's yours. Normally, I need to see three years of income to approve a mortgage of this size, but I'm the bank manager!"

What dreams have you expressed in thought or word that you have resisted by entertaining doubt? 
What do you really want? 
If you are willing to remain open to even the possibility of receiving it, you will.

SHOULD I WRITE DOWN MY COSMIC ORDERS?

YES! YES! YES! 

Writing your cosmic orders down is soooo important, and so few people do it! 
There are several reason why you should be doing this. I want to emphasise one of them before you go to the video...

Writing something down shifts it from your mind to the paper. This in itself is a process of manifestation. You're actually creating something when you do it. You're creating a physical thing that has order and energy. 
Your manifestation will begin to attract more of the same and encourage whatever it represents to manifest too!

Of course there are also lots of practical reasons for writing out your goals, here's the video with more details.




Keep your journal private! No one looks in mine!! Not even my partner... this makes it feel more precious to me and whenever I add something to it it feels like I'm communicating with the only other 'being' that will ever read it... All That Is!

And one final point... don't go to the trouble of buying a beautiful journal and fill it in with a cheap biro! Get yourself a nice pen too :)

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT, NOT WHAT YOU DON'T WANT


What do you know about the law of attraction? 

What do you say to yourself on a daily basis? 

If you’re in debt do you think about being in debt or do you think about making money or having abundance? 

When you are not feeling well do you think about being ill or feeling and getting healthy?
All these one second thoughts/decisions can make a HUGE difference.
One decision can change your life….one simple change in thought can change your life.
You will attract into your life what you think about most!!!!   

The Law of Attraction is basically whatever you think about, you bring about. 
I'm not making this up - all the great masters tell us on a daily basis.

Start focusing on what you do want, not what you do not want. 
Whatever you focus on you will manifest into your life.

LET GO & FOLLOW THESE 4 SIMPLE TIPS TO START CREATING YOU DREAMS!

A recent study showed that the brain waves generated and neurotransmitters released when someone visualizes sitting on a beach (for example) are exactly the same as the brain waves of a person who is actually sitting on that beach. 
Your mind (and the Universe) doesn’t recognize the difference between what you perceive as “real” and “imaginary". It only reads vibration. The easiest way to attract something into your experience is to evoke the FEELING and VIBRATION of already having it, and then hold your attention to that feeling as long as possible, preferably until it becomes second nature. Feeling as if what you want is already here may seem like a exercise in delusion, but remember, reality is pliable. 
Your physical reality is constantly changing and conforming to the energy frequency you are holding.


When someone recently asked the entertainer Lady Gaga how she became so famous so quickly, she responded, “I knew I was famous even before anyone ever knew me.” She would feel, think, and act like people she admired even before the physical manifestation of her own fame.




Who are some people that inspire you? 
Who would you want to be like? 
It doesn’t have to be anyone “famous” – just someone that you admire and has had an impact on you. There are many archetypes for you to choose from. Try to get out of your own head a little bit and think and feel more like the person that inspires you. 
How would they think about a situation? 
What would they do? 
Aside from being a fun exercise, this can help you shift your perceptions and create new energy patterns.


 

As cliche as it sounds, some people have no idea what inspires them. They are so stuck in a rut of a 9 to 5 job, daily responsibilities, and every day issues, that they don’t even have the time or energy to think about “inspiration” – the concept seems too abstract and fanciful. But every day, the Universe gives you hints and clues as to what sort of things might make you happy. 
Carve out even 15 minutes every day to do something, anything that makes your heart sing. 
  • Meditate.
  • Take a bath. 
  • Listen to your favorite song. 
  • Reconnect with someone that you have forgotten.
Fifteen minutes of being in a state of allowing a day, done every day, will at least open a window where you’re allowing the Universe a chance to please you and create an opening for bigger doses of inspiration to sneak in.
